I am very excited to announce Club2Athlete's new online funding tool that empowers athletes, and eventually teams, and clubs to harness the power of the crowd to fund their sporting goals.

Club2Athlete's Sportsfunding capability provides a way to compliment formal and traditional fundraising techniques such as selling raffle tickets and sticking a logo on your playing clothing). To help you in reaching out to others, Club2Athlete has also created your very own "Facebook Media Center".  It is now possible to let your friends, family, friends of friends and fans know about your dreams, ask for assistance and give them something back in return. Not only are you collecting funds online but also creating a loyal fan base as an asset that is valued by corporate sponsors.

"It's all about giving the athelte a way to support their dreams and allowing them a way to finally receive financial support, thats safe, secure and easy to use!"

To assist you in taking advantage of Club2Athlete's Sportsfunding capability, I have created my very own funding campaign. I am about to ask all of my friends and family for help in supporting my comeback and my ultimate goal of representing Australia at the 2014 Commonwealth Games and bringing home a Gold medal :)
