Good morning everyone, hope your enjoying your wonderfull weekend so far. :)
Welcome to my second article, and please if you have any answers or questions please comment below.
The Burn Out.... All my years playing as a junior I have constantly been reminded about mental strength, commitment, persistence, but how often have you been told about not burning out? Unfortunately for me I have been given this great privilage to make my squash life just that little bit harder. It has almost been a full week since I have taken a break from squash completely. Allowing my body and mind to repair so I can come back stronger then ever before. My guess was on why this had happend might have been due to the new training program I was on, I just must have not been ready for it (Im sure the lack of sleep didn't do anything to improve my well being). The past week I have had thousands of questions running through my head, but one that has stuck in my mind is "how can I love something so much that makes me so upset and exhausted?" "How can you commit your life to something that on some nights all you want to do is lie in your bed and scream in your pillow?" It is really tough but I believe that I'm never going to improve as much as I will enjoying myself aswell. So again just a little break and I'll be back on the court very soon.
Thanks everyone for reading and stay tuned for more!
